Where do our Fish and Chips come from?

What a catch

Our fish is caught in the cold, crystal waters of the Barents Sea, an area that is managed by both the Norwegian and Russian authorities.

Sustainable

Our cod comes from sustainable sources which are endorsed by the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council).

The Most Delicious

To make sure the fish you eat is at its most delicious, it is frozen as soon as possible after being caught. All of the fish we provide is frozen at sea within six to ten hours.

Fully Traceable Fish

One thing that is really important when it comes to fish is traceability. All of our fish is fully traceable, from the date, vessel, and location of every catch.

All British Grown

From June to August, our potatoes are all British grown in Essex, specifically for our use, by Tom Fisher. From August, the main crop we use in Maris Piper, grown in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.

Perfect Potato

Maris Piper’ is one of the very best and most popular potato varieties available today. They are the perfect potato for chips, roast potatoes, mash and even wedges. Their golden skin and creamy white, fluffy inside makes them an all rounder!
