At Superfish, we buy all of our fish from fully traceable and sustainable sources.
Our Cod is caught in the cold unpolluted waters of the Barent Sea which has attained accreditation from the Marine Stewardship Council as being fully sustainable.
We can trace the day the fish was caught, the area the trawler was fishing, and the name of the vessels.
We use different varieties of potatoes depending on the time of the year. From June to August we are supplied with Premier variety, grown especially for us by Tom Fisher in Essex. From August onwards, we buy the Maris Piper variety from Cambridgeshire.
All the farms have been personally inspected by ourselves.
